The FULL TIME SALES ASSOCIATE role is responsible for contributing to store productivity by maximizing sales, exceeding customer expectations and assisting in the effective operation of all store activities. Assist in the implementation of La Senzas’ visual and operational standards while promoting the company directives, policies and standards, vision and values by displaying quality leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Contribute to building the Talent, Capability, Brand, and Personal Leadership.
