La Senza Career Opportunity: Assistant Manager (Regina Area)

As Assistant Manager you are responsible for maximizing sales and profitability while ensuring the effective operation of all store activity. You assist the store manager with setting store productivity goals through continuous evaluation of benchmarks, profit improvement strategies, as well as service delivery quality improvements. Responsible for mentoring, supporting, and leading all Store Associates, hiring top talent within their teams, as well as a commitment to training, performance management, and professional development of it’s greatest asset, their people. Assistant Manager will partner with store manager to ensures the implementation of La Senza’s visual and operational standards while promoting the company directives, policies and standards, vision and values by displaying quality leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Contribute to building the Talent, Capability, Brand and personal leadership.


Qualifications:
• A combination of or equivalent to the completion of post-secondary education and 1 – 3 years experience in a similar environment, with prior management responsibilities.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Ability to set priorities, plan, organize and delegate responsibility
• Excellent communicator
• Experience with mentorship, coaching, and training
• Charismatic, creative, engaging and FUN attitude
