Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada is currently recruiting for a career driven Retail Salesand Merchandising Representative to represent our client, Mead Johnson in the Regina.

This Part Time role offers you the unique opportunity to utilize your sales and merchandising experience in a more strategic way through the development of direct sales, merchandising and POS placement. In this position you will be dealing directly with retailers to drive Mead Johnson volume through providing excellent customer service, supplying product information and successfully completing a solution-oriented sale.

Primary Responsibilities:

Representing MJN products at Grocery, Mass, Drug and Wholesale Accounts.
Drive distribution, volume and share objectives of all MJN products through customer focused strategies, effective planning and execution.
Shelf Management, maintaining agreed store Plan-O-Grams with the correct product listings and facings, ensuring prominent product placement and visibility.
POS Placement, installing POS materials where applicable for maximum effectiveness and visibility to promote the sale of products.
Securing incremental secondary promotional displays.
Providing timely and complete follow-up to all store representative needs and customer requests

A Minimum of 2 years of Retail Sales Merchandising at grocery, mass, or drug is required.
Must be computer savvy and have access full access to the internet.
Valid drivers license, access to the exclusive use of a reliable vehicle.
Highly effective verbal communication skills and the ability to develop rapport and credibility
Effective presentation selling skills and objection handling techniques
